Restoring Your Sense of Clean
Hot Water Extraction, commonly referred to as Steam Cleaning is the recommended method by all carpet manufactures. The process consists of applying a cleaning agent to the carpet fibers to assist breaking down the soil components. A rinse agent is then used with strong vacuum suction to remove the soiling.
Hardwood flooring is usually first tested to see if will accept a buff, usually a small inconspicuous area. The floor is then either scrubbed with a low speed machine, and/or mopped depending on soiling conditions. A high speed buffer is then used to remove dull haziness and scuff marks. Floor can be walked on right away after completion.
